年薪怎么折算成时薪？How is salary turned into an hourly rate?
时薪 = 年薪 ÷ 每年工作小时。默认 2,080 小时 = 每周 40 小时 × 52 周；如有不同的工时或带薪假期，可修改这个数。Hourly = salary ÷ working hours per year. The default 2,080 = 40 hours × 52 weeks; change it for other schedules or paid leave.
附加成本填多少？What overhead should I use?
雇主除工资外还要承担福利、社保、办公等成本，比例因地区、行业和公司差别很大，可参考美国劳工统计局（BLS）每季度发布的《雇主雇佣成本》（ECEC）中福利占总薪酬的比例。默认 0 表示只算工资。Beyond wages, employers pay for benefits, payroll taxes and office costs, and the share varies widely by region, industry and company; the US Bureau of Labor Statistics' quarterly Employer Costs for Employee Compensation (ECEC) release gives benefits as a share of total pay. The default 0 counts wages only.
