As a PDF it can be viewed and printed almost anywhere.

为什么第一次转换比较慢？Why is the first conversion slow?

浏览器不能原生解码 HEIC，第一次使用时需要加载约 1.3 MB 的解码组件（heic2any，内含 LGPL 许可的 libheif），之后会被缓存。每张照片解码也需要一两秒。Browsers can't decode HEIC natively, so the first run loads a ~1.3 MB decoder (heic2any, which bundles LGPL-licensed libheif); it is cached afterwards. Each photo also takes a second or two to decode.

照片方向和拍摄信息会保留吗？Are orientation and photo metadata kept?

照片按正确方向显示；但位置、拍摄时间等 EXIF 信息不会写入 PDF，分享更安全。默认用 JPEG 质量 90 保存，可调高或选择无损（文件会大很多）。Photos appear the right way up, but EXIF data such as location and capture time is not written into the PDF, which is safer for sharing. By default photos are stored as JPEG quality 90; raise it or choose Lossless (much larger files).

页面大小和页边距怎么选？How do I choose page size and margins?

“按图片尺寸”让每页正好等于图片大小（按图片自带的 DPI 换算，没有 DPI 信息时按 96 DPI），没有白边；选 A4 / Letter 等标准纸张时，图片会等比例缩放并居中，方向选“自动”时横图自动用横向页面。"Image size" makes each page exactly the size of its image (using the image's own DPI, or 96 DPI if none is stored), with no white border. With A4, Letter and other paper sizes the image is scaled proportionally and centred; with orientation on Auto, landscape images get landscape pages.

图片会上传吗？Are my images uploaded?
