文件编码怎么识别？How is the file encoding detected?
带 BOM 的 UTF-8、UTF-16LE、UTF-16BE 直接识别；否则先按 UTF-8 严格解码，失败时按 GBK 解码（中文 Windows 和 Excel 导出的 CSV 常用 GBK），GBK 也解不了时按 Windows-1252（西欧）解码，并在下方提示用了哪种编码。分隔符按前 50 行哪种分隔方式列数最一致来识别，识别错了请手动选择。“数字转为数值”只转换普通数字和科学计数法（如 1E5，会提示数量）：带前导零、带 + 号、超过 15 位或超出 Excel 范围（如 1e400）的值保存为文本，TRUE/FALSE 转为逻辑值。UTF-8, UTF-16LE and UTF-16BE with a BOM are recognised directly. Otherwise the file is decoded as strict UTF-8, then GBK (common for CSVs exported by Chinese Windows and Excel), then Windows-1252 (Western European), with a notice saying which was used. The delimiter is the one that gives the most consistent column count over the first 50 lines; choose it yourself if it is wrong. 'Store numbers as numbers' converts plain numbers and scientific notation (such as 1E5, with a count in the notice); values with leading zeros, a + sign, more than 15 digits or outside Excel's range (such as 1e400) stay as text, and TRUE/FALSE become logical values.
