新版 ACT 的综合分怎么算？How is the Composite calculated on the enhanced ACT?
ACT 官方说明：新版 ACT（2025 年 4 月起的线上全国考试、2025 年 9 月起的所有考试）的综合分是英语、数学、阅读三科分数的平均值，四舍五入到整数，小于 0.5 舍去、0.5 及以上进位；科学改为选考，不计入综合分。旧版是四科平均，取整规则相同。页面默认填入的分数只是示例。Per ACT: on the enhanced ACT (online national tests from April 2025 and every test from September 2025) the Composite is the average of English, Math and Reading rounded to the nearest whole number — under one half rounds down, one half or more rounds up. Science is optional and left out. The legacy ACT averages all four sections with the same rounding. The scores filled in on the page are only an example.
新旧综合分可以直接比较吗？Can old and new Composites be compared?
可以。ACT 的研究表明两种算法在 13 分以上逐分对应，所以成绩单上不会标注是哪种算法，可以直接互换使用。Yes. ACT's research found the two calculations line up point for point above 13, so score reports don't label which one was used and the scores are treated as interchangeable.
STEM 分是什么？What is the STEM score?
STEM 分是数学和科学两科分数的平均值（同样 0.5 进位），只有考了科学的考生才有。填写科学分数后会显示。The STEM score is the average of Math and Science (halves rounded up), reported only if you took Science. It shows once you enter a Science score.
“到下一分还差几分”是怎么算的？How is 'to reach the next score' worked out?
综合分要升 1 分，各科分数之和至少要达到（目标分 − 0.5）× 科目数。例如三科共 83 分、综合分 28，要到 29 分需要合计 86 分，也就是再多 3 分，可以分配在任意科目上。To move up one point, the section total must reach at least (target − 0.5) × the number of sections. With 83 points over three sections (Composite 28), reaching 29 needs a total of 86 — 3 more points, spread over any sections.
