为什么浏览器要我允许麦克风？Why does the browser ask for microphone permission?
网页使用麦克风必须经过你的同意，且只能在 HTTPS 页面上使用。如果之前点了“阻止”，需要在地址栏左侧的网站设置里把麦克风改为“允许”。录音只保存在当前页面的内存里，关闭或刷新页面就会丢失，请及时下载。A web page can use the microphone only with your consent and only over HTTPS. If you clicked Block earlier, change the microphone to Allow in the site settings next to the address bar. Recordings live only in this page's memory and are lost when you close or reload it, so download them promptly.
降噪、回声消除和自动增益要开吗？Should I keep noise suppression, echo cancellation and auto gain on?
录讲话、网课、会议时建议开启：降噪会压低风扇和键盘声，回声消除避免扬声器的声音被录进去，自动增益让音量更平稳。录音乐或乐器时建议全部关闭，以免声音被处理变形。这些设置在下次点“开始录音”时生效。Keep them on for speech, classes and meetings: noise suppression lowers fan and keyboard noise, echo cancellation keeps speaker sound out, and auto gain evens out the level. Turn them all off for music or instruments so the sound isn't processed. The settings apply the next time you press Record.
能录多长时间？How long can I record?
没有固定上限，录音数据每秒保存一次在内存中；WebM/Opus 每小时大约 30–60 MB，一般的电脑和手机录几个小时没有问题。音量条变红表示声音过大接近削波，可以离麦克风远一点。手机锁屏或切换到其他应用时，系统可能会暂停录音。There is no fixed limit; data is kept in memory every second, and WebM/Opus takes roughly 30–60 MB per hour, so a few hours is fine on typical computers and phones. A red level bar means the input is close to clipping — move away from the microphone a little. Phones may pause recording when the screen locks or you switch apps.
录音会上传吗？Are recordings uploaded?
不会。录音、试听和 WAV 转换全部在你的浏览器中完成，声音不会发送到任何服务器。No. Recording, playback and WAV conversion all happen in your browser, and the audio is never sent to any server.
