能录制哪些内容？What can I record?
点击开始后，浏览器会让你选择整个屏幕、某个应用窗口或某个浏览器标签页。录制“标签页”时可以带上该标签页的声音；在 Windows 上的 Chrome / Edge 录制整个屏幕时还可以录系统声音；macOS 目前只能录标签页声音。勾选“录制麦克风”可以同时录入解说，两路声音会自动混合。After you press Start, the browser asks you to pick the entire screen, an app window or a browser tab. Recording a tab can include that tab's audio; on Windows, Chrome/Edge can also capture system audio for the whole screen, while macOS currently allows tab audio only. Tick "Record microphone" to add narration — the two audio sources are mixed automatically.
录制有时间限制或水印吗？Is there a time limit or watermark?
没有水印，也不限制时长；录像暂存在浏览器内存中，长时间高画质录制会占用较多内存（5 Mbps 约每分钟 37 MB），建议长录制选择“标准”画质。录完请及时下载，关闭或刷新页面后录像会丢失。No watermark and no time limit. The recording is held in browser memory, so long high-quality sessions use a lot of it (about 37 MB per minute at 5 Mbps) — pick Standard for long recordings. Download promptly: closing or refreshing the page discards the recording.
手机可以用吗？输出什么格式？Does it work on phones? What format is produced?
屏幕录制需要浏览器支持屏幕共享接口，目前只有电脑上的 Chrome、Edge、Firefox 和 Safari 支持，手机浏览器不支持。新版 Chrome / Edge / Safari 输出 MP4，其他浏览器输出 WebM。Screen capture needs the browser's screen-sharing API, available in desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari but not in mobile browsers. Recent Chrome / Edge / Safari produce MP4; others produce WebM.
录像会上传吗？Is the recording uploaded?
不会。画面和声音只在你的浏览器里编码保存，不经过任何服务器。No. Video and audio are encoded and kept only in your browser; nothing goes through a server.
