标题是怎么识别的？How are headings detected?

以全文字号的中位数作为正文字号：字号达到正文 1.8 倍的短行转为一级标题（#），达到 1.25 倍的短行转为二级标题（##）。如果文档用加粗而非放大字号表示标题，这些标题会被当作普通段落；也可以关闭“识别标题”，全部按段落输出。The median font size across the document is taken as body text. Short lines at least 1.8× the body size become level-1 headings (#), and at least 1.25× become level-2 (##). Headings marked only by bold rather than a larger size come out as ordinary paragraphs, and you can turn off Detect headings to output everything as paragraphs.

列表和表格能保留吗？Are lists and tables kept?

以 •、-、* 等符号开头的行转为无序列表，以“1.”“1)”或“1、”开头的行转为有序列表。同一行中间距明显分开的多段文字会被视为表格单元格，连续两行以上即输出为 Markdown 表格（第一行作为表头）；没有对齐关系的复杂表格可能被拆成普通段落。Lines starting with •, -, * and similar marks become bullet lists, and lines starting with "1.", "1)" or "1、" become numbered lists. Text on one line separated by wide gaps is treated as table cells; two or more such rows in a row become a Markdown table, with the first row as the header. Complex tables without clear alignment may come out as plain paragraphs.

为什么输出里有反斜杠？Why are there backslashes in the output?

PDF 原文中的 *、_、[、]、<、~、反引号和反斜杠，以及行首的 #、>、- 等，在 Markdown 里有特殊含义。工具会在它们前面加反斜杠转义，这样渲染后显示的仍是原来的字符，而不会意外变成粗体、链接或标题。Characters such as *, _, [, ], <, ~, backticks and backslashes, plus #, > or - at the start of a line, have special meaning in Markdown. They are escaped with a backslash so the rendered output shows the original characters instead of accidentally turning into bold text, links or headings.

图片、粗体和链接会转换吗？Are images, bold text and links converted?

不会。本工具只转换 PDF 的文字层，不导出图片，也不保留粗体、斜体、颜色和超链接；需要页面图片时请使用“PDF 转 JPG”或“PDF 转 PNG”工具。No. Only the PDF's text layer is converted: images are not exported, and bold, italics, colours and hyperlinks are not kept. Use the PDF to JPG or PDF to PNG tool if you need page images.

扫描件可以转换吗？Can scanned PDFs be converted?

本工具读取 PDF 自带的文字层，不做 OCR 文字识别。扫描件或纯图片 PDF 没有文字层，会提示“没有找到可提取的文字”；这种情况需要先用 OCR 软件识别。This tool reads the PDF's built-in text layer and does not perform OCR. Scans and image-only PDFs have no text layer, so you'll see "No extractable text found"; run them through OCR software first.

加密的 PDF 可以处理吗？Can it handle password-protected PDFs?
