为什么 007 没有变成数字？Why did 007 stay a string?
以 0 开头的编号（邮编、工号等）转成数字会丢掉前导零，所以只识别标准写法的数字；true/false 识别为布尔值，空单元格为 null。不需要时可关闭“识别数字”。Numbers with leading zeros (zip codes, IDs) would lose them, so only canonical numbers are detected; true/false become booleans and empty cells null. Turn detection off to keep everything as strings.

引号和换行怎么处理？How are quotes and line breaks handled?
按 RFC 4180 解析：用双引号包住的字段可以包含分隔符、换行，两个双引号 "" 表示一个引号；输出时只在必要时加引号。开头的 UTF-8 BOM 会被忽略。Parsed per RFC 4180: double-quoted fields may contain delimiters and line breaks, and "" is an escaped quote; output is quoted only where needed. A leading UTF-8 BOM is ignored.
